Getting started

Sign in and add your first account
Open Erisai and sign in with Google — your data will sync across devices via your own Google Drive. Or tap "Try the demo" to explore without an account.

Tap Sign in with Google on the sign-in screen.2
Go to the Accounts tab → tap the + button.3
Name it (e.g. "BCA Tabungan"), pick an emoji, choose IDR as currency, enter your current balance.4
Tap Save. Your net worth is now tracking.Tip: Add every place money lives — savings, GoPay, credit cards (as liabilities), investments. The more complete, the more useful the net worth figure.

Log your first transaction
The green button in the center of the tab bar opens the add transaction screen from any tab. It's always one tap away.

Tap the green center button in the tab bar.2
Type the amount on the numpad. Use the 000 key for round amounts.3
Pick a category (Food, Transport, etc.) and an account.4
Tap Save. It appears on your calendar immediately.Tip: Add a short note in the memo field. "Mie Ayam Bu Wati" is more useful than just "Food" when you review the month later.

Budgets

Set a monthly budget that actually works
Budgets live in the Budget tab. Each one is a monthly limit for a category. The bar goes amber at 80% and red at 100%.

Go to the Budget tab → tap +.2
Pick a category and set a monthly limit (e.g. Food & Drink → Rp3.000.000).3
Tap Save. The bar fills as you log transactions in that category.Tip: Start with just 3 categories — your biggest spending areas. Adding too many budgets makes it hard to track. Refine over a month or two.

Net worth
04
Get your real net worth in 10 minutes
Net worth = total assets − total liabilities. Erisai calculates this automatically once you've added your accounts.

Add all asset accounts with current balances (savings, investments, e-wallets, cash).2
Add liability accounts — credit cards, KPR balance — Erisai marks these as negative automatically.3
For USD/SGD investments, pick the right currency — Erisai converts to IDR using live exchange rates.4
Check the Accounts tab header — that's your net worth.10 min
Recurring

Schedule bills so nothing slips through
Recurring transactions appear on your calendar automatically. Variable bills (like PLN token) use manual tick-off so you check them off when you actually pay.

Open Settings → Recurring Manager → tap +.2
Enter the name, amount, category, account, and frequency (monthly, weekly, daily).3
For variable amounts (PLN, water): enable Manual transfer — a tick box appears each period.4
Set an end date if applicable (e.g. 12 months for a cicilan).Tip: The three bills most people forget — PLN token (day 1), BPJS Kesehatan (day 10), and Indihome (day 1). Add all three first.

Reports

Read your spending report
The Reports tab shows where your money actually went. Donut chart by category, monthly averages, and account-level filtering.

Tap the Reports tab.2
Toggle between Expense and Income at the top.3
Swipe the month pills to compare previous months.4
Tap the export icon to download a CSV for the selected month.2 min
Sync

Set up Google Drive sync
Your data goes to your own Google Drive — not Erisai's servers. Sync frequency is your choice.

Go to Settings → Backup & Sync.2
Tap Connect Google Drive and authorise Erisai.3
Choose your sync frequency — "Every save" is recommended if you use multiple devices.4
The green dot in the home header confirms sync is active.Tip: If you go offline, Erisai logs locally. When you reconnect, the merge is automatic — no conflicts, no duplicates.

Import
08
Migrate from any CSV or backup file
Erisai's AI import reads any CSV — backup app exports, bank statements, Google Sheets. It detects columns automatically and maps categories.

In your old app, export transactions as CSV.2
Go to Settings → Import in Erisai.3
Upload the CSV. Erisai AI detects Date, Amount, and Description columns automatically.4
Review the preview, then tap Import. An undo is available immediately after.5 min
Privacy

Hide amounts when others are around
Privacy mode masks all amounts with "Rp •••••" across every screen. It's a device-level preference — it doesn't sync, so your other devices aren't affected.

Tap the eye icon in the home screen header.2

Switch between English and Bahasa Indonesia
Erisai is fully translated into both languages. All UI labels, empty states, and button copy change when you switch.
